Skatepark Lessons
Ages 5+

The lessons will cover basic to advanced skills, footwork, bowl riding, street skating and more. Steph will perform a skills assessment on your skating and prescribe the appropriate training skills and techniques to ensure the athletes maximum success, performance and safety.
Roller Derby Lessons
​
Roller derby lessons will cover basic to advanced footwork and skating skills. Team plays, effective strategy and more will be areas of focus for those athletes currently training for upcoming Derby seasons.
