ABOUT STEPH

Steph is a multi-talented athlete and coach capable of delivering high quality coaching in multiple disciplines. She specializes in Personal Training, Roller Derby coaching and Ice skating. Steph is a passionate individual with a lot of energy and attention to detail.

Fitness has always been apart of Stephs life through skating and dance training. Working in the fitness industry for 10yrs including over 400hrs as a yoga instructor.

​

Steph started Roller Skating at the age of 5. Competed in Artistic,Jam, in-line and Quad Speed Skating. Skated at a National level and Qualified for the Pan American Games and represented Team USA. Decided to do the transfer to ice in 1997.

​

She picked up Roller Derby in January of 2014 and skated with Hogtown Roller Derby out of Toronto and then transferred to TriCity Roller Derby out of Kitchener Waterloo in the Fall of 2019 and played for their Thunder A Travel Team. Player position Jammer. Coached for Hogtowns New Skater Training from 2017-2020.

Steph was a US National Competitive Ice Dancer, retired from competition in 2003. Steph held the role of skating Director for Dr Pepper Star Center Grapevine Mills Texas 2003-2005. She specializes in basic skating skills, choreography, footwork, partner training and lifts. Coaching ice skating since 2000 until current.

​

Currently Steph is park skating and shredding bowls in the Toronto, GTA area. She teaches all levels and skills and is eager to discover each individual skaters styles.
